Today begins the long thanksgiving weekend — so happy thanksgiving everyone. Unlike last year, this year I’m *not* going to miss out on the thanksgiving sales!

I saw National Treasure last night. The movie was entertaining, but disappointing — lots of gaping loop holes, and sort of like an attempt to emulate the magic of The DaVinci Code.

While the rest of the US is getting together with families for a Thanksgiving dinner, our mates at 6224 went around hunting for food, only to find out (with much disappointment) that *none* of the food joints are open on Thanksgiving, not even in the University. I mean, where are all the students supposed to eat then? Finally, while I gave up all hope and had to grab some grub from Chez Bob, the others bought themselves some frozen pizza from Ralphs and went back home.
